The location itself was favourable near church, mall, grocery esp the airport, the shopping center, and businesses, restaurants, airport. Bathroom was clean as was a bidet.

Comfortable stay for one night. The kitchen was well-equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, and toaster. 🌟

Beds were exceptionally comfortable and it had kitchenette. I had smooth check-in.

The location of Palm Tree Villas 1 is perfect for those who want to be near the airport. With Terminal 3 and other malls just a short distance away, it's convenient for transfers and shopping. the bed in the room was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly to keep the room cool.

The bathroom was a bit disappointing as the shower door opened inwards, making it difficult for larger individuals to get into the shower comfortably.

We had a great stay at a villa close to the airport. The handover of keys was a bit bumpy, but help was quickly available and the issue was resolved. The location was convenient and just a short distance from Runway Manila. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to return. It would be even better if there was an additional lock on the door for added security when sleeping at night.

We loved the convenience of the location, as it was just a short walk from the international terminal at the airport. The apartment had a comfortable double bed, great air conditioning, and reliable wifi. The security measures in place, such as the security guards and direct access to the apartment, made us feel safe. Additionally, the area was surrounded by many hotels and offered plenty of dining options nearby.

We felt truly spoiled during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I stayed at Palm Tree Villas 1 for 3 times during my trip to the Philippines. The room was nice, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and the kitchen was functional. The location was great, with shopping options nearby. The pool was very nice, although there were some limitations. I would definitely return here.

The hotel had a closed area and a swimming pool, which was great for relaxing and taking a dip. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to Runway Manila and within walking distance from the airport.

We had some issues during our stay. The room we booked for three persons only had one double bed, and despite asking the staff about extra sheets for the sofa, they didn't provide any.
